What makes us stand out?

Manufacturing
Case Study No. 1

Client: National Retailer

Role(s): Merchandiser

In 2023, a national retailer partnered with TalentWorld to staff short-term merchandising roles across Canada, supporting a large-scale initiative to reset in-store displays. The project involved overnight shifts, tight timelines, and remote locations from Victoria Island to Newfoundland and northern Saskatchewan.

TalentWorld mobilized its merchandising recruitment team and nationwide network to deliver quickly and consistently. By maintaining an active pool of qualified candidates, we filled over 900 shifts across the country including in regions often considered difficult to staff.

With speed, reach, and attention to detail, TalentWorld delivered reliable results for a complex, time-sensitive rollout.

Manufacturing
Case Study No. 2

Client: Medical Manufacturer

Role(s): Entry Level Manufacturing Positions

In the wake of a public health crisis, this manufacturer needed supplies, and they needed them quick. Who better to recruit over 100 temp staff overnight to manufacture medical kits and equipment than TalentWorld itself?

Our team had to ramp up and work extended hours over the weekend to make sure that the positions were all filled the following Monday. Not only did this include the recruitment process itself but also an orientation and a training session in GMP (good manufacturing practices) as these candidates would be handling healthcare equipment. By being able to fill these roles, we supported our client and also supported you, the public, who was at risk during this public health emergency.

Manufacturing

When you partner with TalentWorld, we’re not just a recruitment agency but rather a dedicated part of your team. We immerse ourselves in your business. For this client, we had an MSP Program Coordinator sit onsite for the entire recruitment process and from orientation to training, including a mentorship program for good manufacturing practices (GMP).
