In the wake of a public health crisis, this manufacturer needed to produce supplies and they needed to do it quickly. Who better to recruit over 100 temp staff overnight than TalentWorld? 

Our team had to ramp up and work extended hours over the weekend to make sure that the positions were all filled the following Monday. Not only did this include the recruitment process itself but also an orientation and a training session in GMP (good manufacturing practices) as these candidates would be handling healthcare equipment. We supported our client when they needed us most, which allowed them to support you, the public.

Ramping up from 0 to 200 temp staff is not an easy task to handle for a big TA team, let alone a small one! This client came to us to be their Managed Service Provider (MSP) to help manage their entire workforce from recruitment, onboarding and training to payroll and scheduling.

As their Managed Service Provider, we were able to fill all the positions that the client requested using various sourcing methods.
