It all began in 2013 when a clear opportunity for staffing services presented itself at GardaWorld. It seemed like so many natural fits—that our deep experience in recruiting, training and scheduling talent was a perfect springboard to launch a full-service recruitment and staffing agency. At the core of our business is people, after all. As we have grown and acquired several top employment agencies, such as The Bagg Group, it became clear that we were more than just a branch of GardaWorld, with our own unique identity and perspective on recruitment. And we have now come into our own as TalentWorld.

2013
Staffing Services by GardaWorld began in 2013 in response to a market opportunity. Our growth started with the acquisition of Helene Roy Staffing agency, a leading Quebec job agency with nearly two decades of experience providing employment services.
2019
We grew even more by acquiring The Bagg Group, a well-respected staffing company in the Greater Toronto Area. The Bagg Group was established in 1971, and grew exponentially over the years by acquiring other companies, such as temp agency Turn Key Staffing Solutions in 2011.
2020
As we developed as an employment agency and our unique approach took shape, it became clear that we were more than just a branch of GardaWorld. And so the TalentWorld brand was launched.

Mentorship Program
Our mentorship program has a combination of group and individual coaching sessions. Experienced leaders from TalentWorld and GardaWorld will be assigned to each Recruiter to help facilitate learning and career growth. This is an opportunity for the Recruiter to ask questions to their mentor and get personalized responses back. Meanwhile, group sessions allow us to come together and learn about the various business functions so that everyone has a well-rounded understanding of every aspect of TalentWorld. And, who knows? Maybe it’ll spark an interest in a new career with us!
Community Hours
At TalentWorld, our business is about people. And we know that people thrive when their communities thrive. That’s why we encourage our employees to take a select number of days off per year to volunteer in their community to give back. By building our communities, we also build TalentWorld! Leaving the office with your colleagues to volunteer can spark new relationships among peers and make a difference in people’s lives!
