As lockdowns eased, our client had an immediate need for Customer Service Reps that could work 12-hour shifts. Because of our longstanding relationship with this client (1000s of roles over the years!), they knew that they could trust us to provide what they needed, whenever they needed it. With no delays.

Gearing up for the annual exam period to earn their professional designation, this client had the problem of reorganizing the way their exam is taken in the wake of the pandemic. Instead of hosting in large banquet halls that required only a few support staff, this client had to rent out hotel rooms for each student and hire significantly more staff to support.
Nevertheless, our team was able to hire about 300 candidates across the country and train them in the proctoring technology to help aid the students in their test taking journey.
