Case Studies
What makes us stand out?

We’re about the right fit.

Client: Canadian Telecommunications and Media Company

Role(s): IT Technicians / Technical Support Technicians

Our client wanted the best of the best, looking for people who were tech-savvy and great at customer service. The problem was that the working conditions were not optimal with demanding availability and no guaranteed hours.

Our TalentWorld experts knew what was hindering recruitment for these positions. We worked with the client to help tweak the job and make it more appealing to candidates by offering more flexibility and support. Included in this was the recommendation that we open our search to a new geographical region where the concentration of experienced candidates and graduates of computer science was denser.

We’re your strategic business partner.

Client: Canadian Cable Provider

Role(s): Customer Service Agents and IT Technicians

One of our longstanding clients came to TalentWorld to be their staffing solution for a new business they acquired. For these roles, there was no experience required, and training would be provided. And still they were shocked to find that very little applicants were applying.

With our talent acquisition experts offering consulting services to our client, we were able to identify shortfalls in the position and make the working conditions for this role more flexible to attract more candidates. TalentWorld was able to gear up and find temp staff to fill their offices using only our database of already vetted candidates.

Curious to see how we can help you? Let’s talk.
