Our client in Mississauga, represented by TalentWorld, is looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the development and scale-up of pharmaceutical products. Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide multi-disciplinary teams to achieve technical and strategic milestones for pharmaceutical product development.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute development, optimization, and scale-up of semi-solid and liquid dosage forms for commercial manufacturing.

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external clients to ensure clear communication, aligned expectations, and successful project outcomes.

  • Define timelines, manage resources, and proactively identify risks using project tools such as Gantt Charts, Critical Path Analysis, and Risk Registers.


Project Administration & Client Engagement:

  • Track KPIs to assess team performance, project health, and process efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records of project expenses and coordinate with Finance on invoicing and forecasting.

  • Host regular project reviews with stakeholders and clients, ensuring timely updates and accountability.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and repeat business.


Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or a related scientific field.

  • PMP certification is preferred or in active pursuit.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within pharmaceutical product development or manufacturing.

  • Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.


Employment Details:

  • Location: Mississauga, ON – On Site Only

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, regular business hours
