This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, client engagement, and workforce planning in both English and French-speaking markets. Bilingual Regional Recruitment Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in both English and French.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their workforce requirements and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal account managers, recruiters, and operations teams to ensure alignment of staffing needs and seamless service delivery.
- Proactively build talent pipelines for recurring roles through job fairs, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in internal databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legislation.
- Provide insights and recommendations on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices within the region.
Bilingual Regional Recruitment Specialist Qualifications:
- Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a regional or high-volume environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients alike.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Experience in staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions is an asset.

- Onsite, Mon-Fri, 8am-430pm
