TalentWorld is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Regional Recruitment Specialist based in Moncton, New Brunswick to support our client's recruitment operations across Atlantic Canada.

This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, client engagement, and workforce planning in both English and French-speaking markets. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship-builder with a passion for people and a proven ability to deliver results in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Bilingual Regional Recruitment Specialist Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in both English and French.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their workforce requirements and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal account managers, recruiters, and operations teams to ensure alignment of staffing needs and seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines for recurring roles through job fairs, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in internal databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legislation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices within the region.

Bilingual Regional Recruitment Specialist Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a regional or high-volume environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients alike.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Experience in staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions is an asset.

Employment Details:
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Onsite, Mon-Fri, 8am-430pm
