This full-time, on-site opportunity is perfect for a Senior Systems or Network Administrator looking to grow into an IT leadership role. You’ll lead core infrastructure projects, supervise a small IT team, and support cloud, server, and security operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Ideal for someone from the pharmaceutical, food, cannabis, or any GMP-compliant industry looking for job security, technical depth, and leadership exposure.

Shift / Schedule: Mon to Fri, regular business hours
Type: This is an On-Site Position

  • Salary: $100,000 - $120,000, depending on experience

Senior Systems and Network Administration Lead Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead IT infrastructure operations including servers (VMware), Azure cloud, and networking.
  • Oversee daily system performance, backups, and disaster recovery testing.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP and cybersecurity standards.
  • Mentor and supervise junior IT staff.
  • Manage IT projects and liaise with vendors and internal teams.

Senior Systems and Network Administration Lead Qualifications:
 
  • 10+ years in IT infrastructure with hands-on system and network admin experience.
  • Must have: Microsoft Azure and VMware certifications.
  • Asset: ITIL, PMP, Cisco, or Palo Alto certifications.
  • Experience in pharma, CPG, food, cannabis, or another GMP-regulated industry
  • Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
