TalentWorld is recruiting an Inventory Control Associate in Calgary, Alberta for one of our clients.
 
Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for fast shipping.
  • Receive, sort, and replenish inventory to keep stock organized and up to date.
  • Operate shipping stations to weigh, label, and dispatch orders efficiently.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and safe, following all organizational standards.
  • Work with RF scanners and tablets to track inventory and fulfill orders.
  • Lift and move products (up to 50 lbs) using carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
  • Collaborate with the team to hit daily goals and improve processes.
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 1+ years warehouse experience (preferred, not required).
  • Forklift certification (asset).
  • Comfort with RF scanners & warehouse tech.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs & stand for full shifts.
  • Team player with strong attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Criminal background check required.
Employment Details
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
  • Hours: Guaranteed 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Employment Type: 3-month contract position with possibility of extension
  • Pay Frequency: Weekly pay schedule
