In this role, you’ll investigate non-conformances, support audits, and develop training programs to ensure compliance with operational standards. While this is a day shift position, flexibility to support all shifts based on business needs is required.

Quality and Training Specialist Responsibilities:
- Lead the investigation and resolution of non-conformances, including deviations and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to analyze and address quality concerns.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely implementation and effectiveness.
- Maintain non-conformance records and generate reports to track trends and training needs.
- Conduct and participate in internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Serve as a technical resource for customers, addressing audit observations and inquiries.
- Identify skills and knowledge gaps within operations and recommend training solutions.
- Develop, implement, and assess training programs, including onboarding and compliance training.
- Deliver engaging training using various instructional techniques, such as hands-on coaching and group discussions.
- Ensure all training materials, records, and compliance documentation are up to date.
- Support a culture of quality excellence and audit readiness.
- University degree in a science-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality, training, or compliance-related role.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, equipment, and facilities (preferred).
- Experience in training and facilitation within a regulated environment is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with TrackWise (an asset).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours or weekends as needed to support training and compliance efforts.

- Salary up to 85K based on experience
