Operational Excellence Leader Responsibilities:
- Champion continuous improvement efforts by implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen strategies.
- Identify inefficiencies and process gaps through data analysis to enhance safety, reduce downtime, and improve productivity.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing solutions that streamline workflow, increase capacity, and enhance equipment reliability.
- Train and mentor employees to embed a culture of operational excellence across departments.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.
- Utilize automation, digital tools, and data analytics to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage change initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical, with strong knowledge of GMP compliance.
- 3+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives in an operational setting.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Hands-on experience with Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, RCCA, SMED, and 5S.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams.
- Willingness to work across multiple shifts (Day, Afternoon, and Night) as needed.
- Day Shift (with flexibility for other shifts based on project needs)
- Salary up to 130K based on experience
