TalentWorld is recruiting a B2B Sales Development Specialist in Mississauga, Ontario for one of our clients.
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy for the assigned territory.
  • Prospect new clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close service agreements to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Bullhorn CRM.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and attend networking events to generate new leads.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Proven success in sales negotiations and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in Bullhorn CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in French (oral and written) is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
Employment Details
  • Salary: Competitive salary of $70 - $75.000 (depending on experience) plus commissions on both temporary and permanent placements.
  • Benefits: Includes a car allowance, a hybrid work schedule with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office, 3 weeks of vacation annually, and the chance to join a dynamic and passionate team.
  • Schedule: 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
