TalentWorld is recruiting a B2B Sales Development Specialist in Hamilton, Ontario for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy for the assigned territory.
- Prospect new clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and presenting tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close service agreements to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Bullhorn CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends and attend networking events to generate new leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Proven success in sales negotiations and closing deals.
- Proficiency in Bullhorn CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in French (oral and written) is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
- Salary: Competitive salary of $70 - $75.000 (depending on experience) plus commissions on both temporary and permanent placements.
- Benefits: Includes a car allowance, a hybrid work schedule with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office, 3 weeks of vacation annually, and the chance to join a dynamic and passionate team.
- Schedule: 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
