TalentWorld is recruiting a HR Business Partner in Calgary, Alberta for one of our clients.
 
Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with employees and leaders to support organizational goals.
    Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
    Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
    Support performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
    Strengthen campus recruitment partnerships for student and entry-level roles.
    Administer employee benefits, leave management, and address benefits inquiries.
    Analyze HR data to provide insights on staffing, turnover, and compensation trends.
    Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate payroll processing and HRIS updates.
    Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
    Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.
    Handle day-to-day HR administration and provide ad hoc support as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    CPHR designation or equivalent; PCP certification is an asset.
    4-8 years of HR experience, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
    Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Ceridian Dayforce, Workday) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP) and talent management tools (e.g., Shareworks).
    Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
