Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.
- Analyze HR data and industry trends to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed HR reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance for leadership.
- Coordinate the annual performance review process, including documentation and communication.
- Conduct Mercer audits and complete industry surveys to benchmark organizational practices.
- Manage employee contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Utilize HR systems (e.g., Dayforce HCM) to streamline processes and maintain data integrity.
- Support DEI initiatives and evaluate HR programs to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPHR designation preferred; SHRM-CP or CHRP certifications are an asset.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on analysis, policy development, and program implementation.
- Proficiency in Dayforce HCM and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
