TalentWorld is recruiting an Operations Officer I in Toronto, ON for one of our clients.

Operations Officer I Job Responsibilities:
  • Process transactions accurately and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance with guidelines and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, offering guidance on programs and procedures in line with customer experience standards.
  • Resolve or escalate operational issues, ensuring high service quality and timely resolutions.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to initiatives that enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Conduct investigations into potential risks or process gaps, reporting and escalating any identified issues in a timely manner.
Operations Officer I Qualifications:
  • Prior 2-3 years of strong understanding of operational processes and procedures in the financial/ banking sector.
  • Ability to manage transactions and activities with low to moderate risk, ensuring adherence to guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, managing office tasks and supporting day-to-day operations efficiently.
  • Strong experience with data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in managing information and documentation.
  • Comfortable using a variety of systems and technologies, with a strong ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
  • Background in operations, understanding key processes, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of business activities.
Employment Details:
  • Salary: $23.37 an hour
  • Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Hybrid- (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)
  • Duration: 1 year of contract with possibility of extension.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm EST
  • Location: Toronto, ON
