Are you passionate about optimizing HR technologies and driving process improvements? We’re looking for a dynamic bilingual Platform and Process Manager to lead the configuration and continuous enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules for our client.
As the Platform and Process Manager, you'll lead the optimization and innovation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules, driving transformative solutions through hands-on configuration, coding, and programming. You'll tackle technical challenges, streamline processes, and make a lasting impact by enhancing recruitment and onboarding systems. Platform and Process Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central.
  • Collaborate with the Center of Excellence SAP SF Team and IT to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Translate business needs from stakeholders into functional specifications and platform enhancements.
  • Design, test, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors configurations, integrations, and custom objects.
  • Document solution designs, functional gaps, and system configurations.
  • Develop training materials, conduct user sessions, and provide ongoing support to optimize platform usage.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, address user requests, and ensure seamless operations with vendors and internal teams.
  • Evaluate recruitment and onboarding processes, identifying and implementing improvement strategies.
  • Propose innovative solutions to enhance platforms and improve HR processes.
  • Manage and maintain recruitment-related platforms, such as texting programs and interview systems.
  • Ensure the success and quality of all platform implementations.
Platform and Process Manager Qualifications
  • 2+ years of technical experience with full lifecycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central
  • 2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors and 5+ years of work experience (HR-related experience preferred)
  • 1+ year of creating data structures, story reports, and dashboards in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).
  • Certifications:  SAP Certified Application Associate for Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central
  • Bilingual in French and English
