Provide top-tier support to dealerships and customers, manage escalated cases, coordinate goodwill, and develop initiatives. Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours (On Site)

Customer Experience Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Manage escalated complaints beyond dealership and agency scope.
  • Act as liaison between customers, dealerships, and operations.
  • Coordinate goodwill disbursements and track cases.
  • Empower dealership concierges through training and coaching.
  • Optimize customer service processes with internal teams.
  • Support regulatory matters and product campaigns
  • Monitor satisfaction targets and strengthen retention.

Customer Experience Specialist Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in customer relations or automotive roles is preferred.
  • Ability to commute on site 5 days a week in North York.
  • Superior bilingual communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
