TalentWorld is sourcing an ERP Subject Matter Expert for a client seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions. This role focuses on Accounts Payable (AP) and Expense Management processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations across the organization.
Location can be either Toronto OR Ottawa, Ontario.

- Work Model: Hybrid - 2 days working remotely, 3 days in office
- Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 based on experience
- 4 weeks of vacation
ERP Subject Matter Expert Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional lead and subject matter expert for Oracle ERP Cloud AP and Expense modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement ERP solutions aligned with business needs.
- Analyze existing financial processes, recommend improvements, and document workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct workshops, system testing, and gap analyses to ensure successful system implementation and integration.
- Develop and update policies and procedures to align with system enhancements.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and support during testing and post-implementation phases.
- Facilitate change management processes within Accounts Payable and Expense functions.
ERP Subject Matter Expert Qualifications
- Proven experience with ERP Cloud implementation, specifically Oracle ERP systems.
- Functional lead experience in Accounts Payable, Expense Management, Procurement, or related areas.
- Proficiency in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system configuration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in unionized environments an asset.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in system implementations and financial management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
