Business Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central, collaborating closely with the internal Center of Excellence SAP Team and the IT department.
  • Elicit and understand business requirements from stakeholders, including recruiting team members, hiring managers, and HR professionals, to translate these needs into functional requirements and platform enhancements.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors configurations, integrations, and custom objects.
  • Document solution designs, functional gaps, and system configurations.

Business Analyst Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of technical experience in the full life cycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in creating data structures, custom story reports, and dashboards within the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
