Maintenance Mechanic Millwright Responsibilities
- Performs packaging and manufacturing equipment evaluation, set up and operation
- Performs maintenance, repair and preventative maintenance activities and complete related documentation as per the SOP
- Works in compliance with GMP and safe work practices and procedures
- Identifies, reports on and repairs deficiencies in mechanical equipment and systems throughout the plant.
- Identifies and sources appropriate/required equipment parts. Performs minor repairs including plumbing, painting, carpentry and other general repairs needed in the facility
- Millwright license
- Experience in Food and Beverage, Consumer Care or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environments
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of packaging maintenance experience in a production or pharmaceutical environment
- Must be able to read, interpret and update drawings and schematics.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to various work settings and priorities.
- Demonstrates good coordination and manual dexterity, executing tasks with precision and accuracy
