Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee repairs and maintenance to keep machinery and facilities operating efficiently.
• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring high performance and safety compliance.
• Track and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies for scheduled and urgent needs.
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance and address equipment issues.

Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:

• Certified Tradesperson with strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with teams and contractors.
