TalentWorld is hiring a Senior Manager, Human Resources to build partnerships across the HR function and deliver value-added service to management and employees for our client in the manufacturing sector.

In this role, you will provide guidance and direction to managers and employees on all HR matters.   This role will lead and support all HR initiatives and programs including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Total Rewards.

Senior Manager, Human Resources Responsibilities:
  • Manage all functional areas of HR, including leadership of the HR team, ongoing review and policy development and implementation, training and development programs/initiatives, performance management, employee relations, recruitment and selection, payroll, compensation and benefits.
  • Provide advice and consulting services to managers and employees on people processes including, but not limited to coaching and conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, interpretation of human resources policies and current employment legislation. 
  • Partner with managers to provide day-to-day performance improvement guidance
  • Responsible for the management of Total Reward Programs including, leading the Annual Performance Cycle program, managing compensation and benefit programs. 
  • Manage and lead recruitment strategy to attract qualified candidates by actively supporting the interview process to contribute to hiring decisions and job offer details
  • Facilitate change management processes in client groups, assisting leaders and team members in communicating, understanding, and supporting organizational changes

Senior Manager, Human Resources Qualifications:
  • University Degree or completion of a College Diploma Program in Human Resources or related field
  • CHRP designation desirable but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Legislations
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with proven experience leading an HR Team
  • Experienced in working in culturally diverse, multi-location work environment

Compensation: $120,000.00 per year + benefits.
Schedule: Full-time, onsite in Mississauga
