- Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure services and deliveries are carried out efficiently and on time.
- Act as the main contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and sharing information about products and services.
- Organize and assign tasks to service technicians to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and dispatch schedules.
- Work closely with internal teams to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Generate and analyze reports to monitor dispatch performance and customer service outcomes.
- Identify areas for improvement in dispatch workflows and enhance customer service practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in logistics, customer service, or similar areas is advantageous.
- At least 2 years of dispatch experience, ideally within the material-handling or a related sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Proficient in dispatch software and experienced with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic, high-pressure work environment.
