TalentWorld is recruiting a Bilingual Executive Assistant – Mandarin & English in Calgary, Alberta for one of our clients.
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CRO & CFO
  • Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and English
  • Draft, proofread, and organize reports and presentations.
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and ensure timely responses.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Oversee executive calendar and prioritize appointments.
  • Arrange travel logistics and itineraries.
  • Assist with project tracking and deadlines.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing and expense management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactively solve problems and improve workflow efficiency
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or related field
  • Executive Assistant certification (preferred)
  • 3+ years in an administrative or executive support role
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Familiar with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
