TalentWorld is recruiting a Avionics Technician Apprentice in Richmond, British Columbia for one of our clients.
 
Responsibilities
  • Test, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate avionics equipment within timeframes.
  • Provide technical support to the crew.
  • Operate avionics test equipment (e.g., air data, navigation, autopilot systems).
  • Perform aircraft maintenance and modifications under supervision.
  • Complete and sign off on work documentation.
  • Report unserviceable equipment and defects to senior technicians.
  • Attend training courses as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Support company values and mission.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Enrolled in or completed a Transport Canada approved AME program.
  • Working towards "E" license.
  • No specific experience required, but strong teamwork and technical skills.
  • Familiarity with avionics systems (e.g., navigation, autopilot).
  • Basic knowledge of avionics test equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational abilities.
Employment Details
  • Salary: Starting at $20.75 hourly.

  • Schedule: Must be available for both morning and afternoon shifts, with flexibility required from Monday to Friday.
