Talentworld is recruiting for an Office Clerk in Sydney and Halifax, NS for our client in the Government sector.

As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for organizing and implementing administrative services and being the initial contact person for internal/external clients. If you demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment then this role is for you.

Office Clerk Responsibilities
  • Organize and implement administrative services, exercising judgment and initiative in areas without established guidelines.
  • Handle a variety of internal/external clients in a calm and professional manner recognizing potential emotional situations
  • Prepare & file correspondence
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
Office Clerk Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years experience in similar role
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Employment Details
  • Wage: $17/hr
  • Contract: 2 months contract with the possibility of extension
  • Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm – Monday to Friday
