TalentWorld is seeking a Compounder to work on a night shift. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills who can work independently and are eager to grow within an organization. This position is on a night shift that offers great vacation and benefits.
The primary responsibility is to manufacture products in strict accordance with the specifications outlined in the Manufacturing Work Orders. This includes ensuring that each product is produced to meet the highest standards of quality by meticulously following the applicable Standard Operating Procedures and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices

The primary responsibility is to manufacture products in strict accordance with the specifications outlined in the Manufacturing Work Orders. This includes ensuring that each product is produced to meet the highest standards of quality by meticulously following the applicable Standard Operating Procedures and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices
Compounder Responsibilities:
- Weigh, verify, and compound raw materials, setting up and manufacturing batches according to work orders, while following GMPs, SOPs, and labor standards.
- Ensure proper assembly, setup, and operation of equipment
- Accurately complete manufacturing tags and documents, following GDPs, GMPs, and SOPs.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of product-contact equipment and premises per SOP to maintain GMP compliance, including disassembly, reassembly, and storage of equipment.
- Checks meters, scales, load cells, temperature indicators, mix indicators and other manufacturing equipment for proper calibration/accuracy before use.
Compounder Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a related field required, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in high-volume pharmaceutical or GMP regulated manufacturing.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage change in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and maintain accuracy with attention to detail.
- Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and proven technical competency preferred.
