Our client is hiring a dynamic Talent Acquisition Director, who will provide strategic candidate attraction, engagement, recruitment, and retention solutions to increase revenue across Ontario while managing a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors.
Talent Acquisition Director Responsibilities:
·Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors who are responsible for full-cycle recruitment
·Ensuring the TA team coordinates with the internal account managers to ensure client demands are met.
·Driving security clearance and background check process for candidates
·Ensuring successful internal employees are professionally uniformed and equipped with all safety equipment.
·Accountable for inventory management and control of uniforms and supplies.
·Provide an exceptional employment experience for candidates from start to finish.
Talent Acquisition Director Qualifications:
·5-6 years of experience leading a high-volume recruitment team
·Preferably a minimum of 8 years in talent acquisition from a staffing/recruitment firm
·A strong business acumen, consulting skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to any changes necessary by developing new solutions and strategies for the TA team.
·Creative thinker with a strategic mindset along with the ability to keep up with the changes in the candidate market.
·Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role, effectively coaching and mentoring a team.
·Experience in a customer-facing / consumer service industry.
·Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
