TalentWorld is recruiting Service Availability Representative (Unilingual I) in London, ON for one of our top financial clients.

Service Availability Representative Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support by responding to inbound colleague calls and emails, resolving or escalating technical issues.
  • Accurately document and track issues, ensuring thorough and detailed ticketing for each case.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate support groups when necessary and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify and escalate incidents with the potential for wide business impact and manage service delivery in line with established timeframes.
  • Identify trends in technical issues and contribute to process improvements, offering feedback to enhance service efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in supporting various technologies, skills, and applications to provide consistent, high-quality support.

 Service Availability Representative Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical support or a related area.
  • Strong computing and navigational skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a professional demeanor and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in technical support or a related educational background, including troubleshooting.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
  • General knowledge of PC hardware and components, including understanding of basic computer systems and electronics.

Employment Details:
  • Salary: $21.50 an hour
  • Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly
  • Duration: 2 years contract with possibility of extension
  • Schedule: Rotational shift 24/7/365 Availability (Morning, afternoon, night, weekends)
  • Location: London, ON
