In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the accounts receivable and credit functions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the organization.
Bilingual Credit Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the accounts receivable and credit functions to ensure effective and efficient cash flow management.
- Review and assess new customer accounts by conducting credit checks and evaluating credit histories, working with management to set appropriate credit limits.
- Collaborate with employees, sales teams, and customers to ensure the timely collection of overdue accounts and resolve any outstanding payment issues.
- Keep relevant team members and sales representatives informed of any updates or changes to customer credit ratings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer credit histories to support sound decision-making and compliance.
Bilingual Credit Manager Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing credit and collections processes in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in both English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and team members in both languages.
- Strong experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, with a solid understanding of how to leverage these tools to streamline AR processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and improve overall efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information, negotiate terms, and build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and senior management.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring that AR targets are met while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Compensation: $85,000.00 per year
- Schedule: Full-time, hybrid in Mississauga
