- Provide mechanical and technical support to the production line to ensure the efficient output of high-quality finished products.
- Perform machinery repairs, component replacements, and preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
- Maintain safety awareness and strictly adhere to all required safety protocols.
- Work 12-hour continental shifts in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Lift up to 25 kg individually and up to 50 kg with assistance, with proficiency in shoveling heavy waste to shoulder height.
Millwright Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Ontario Millwright License 433A.
- Minimum Grade 12 education, with post-secondary mechanical or technical training preferred.
- At least 5 years of heavy industrial experience, with completion of a recognized Apprenticeship program or relevant college degree.
- Proficiency in English and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Ability to work independently, making sound decisions while maintaining a focus on safety.
- Willingness to work overtime on short notice.
- Must own high-quality tools for daily maintenance tasks.
