We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Officer II (Bilingual) to join our Borrower Risk Rating (BRR) Input Team. This role is vital in providing support to Commercial Banking Centers and various units by generating accurate Borrower Risk Ratings.

Operation Officer II Key Responsibilities: -
- Utilize GAAP, financial statements, and overarching guidelines to accurately identify and input values from Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Statements of Cash Flow of privately held companies into the Risk Rating model.
- Generate Borrower Risk Rating (BRR) calculations based on financial statement inputs from a variety of businesses.
- Apply requested adjustments to financial statements and create revised sets of financial statements and BRR ratings.
- Understand intercompany transactions and apply necessary eliminations to consolidate financial statements from multiple companies.
- Support the Manager, Risk Rating in additional duties as assigned.
Operations Officer II Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand various types of financial statements (company prepared, notice to reader, review engagement, and audited).
- Proficient in standard Microsoft desktop software, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining work quality.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Work experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Minimum post-secondary education, with a Commerce or Business Administration degree required. Specialization in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
Employment Details:
- Salary: $28 an hour
- Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Hybrid (3 days onsite,2 days remote)
- Duration:6 months contract with possibility of extension
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm or 11am to 7pm
- Location: Toronto, ON
