Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
• Perform Yardi Administration
• Prepare travel arrangements, organize meetings, social events and maintain calendars
• Prepare presentations, reports and communications
• Photocopy, fax and maintain filing system
• Monitor and maintain office supplies
• Provide Reception duties as required
• Review the lease administration lease for accuracy
• Receive and direct incoming calls
• Administer & reconcile petty cash fund
• Collect department hours from supervisors for Payroll reporting
• Adhoc duties as assigned
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years in office administration
• Experience in Real Estate or Property Management an asset
• Good understanding of accounting principles, lease administration and collections
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Yardi experience an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Employment Details:
• $25 an hour
• 5 days a week on-site
• 3 month contract - possibility of extension
