TalentWorld is recruiting an Operation Officer II in Markham, Ontario for one of our clients.
Operations Officer II Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative transfer of vehicle ownership through various governmental agencies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Address branding inquiries and implement necessary changes to align with organizational standards.
- Oversee the timely and responsive movement of vehicles to ensure operational efficiency.
- Process salvage transactions within Claim Center, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of claims.
- Responsible for the closure of salvage logs, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain individual productivity and efficiency standards, contributing to overall team performance.
- Proven experience in administrative and clerical roles, preferably within the insurance, collections, or financial industries.
- Familiarity with Claim Center (Guidewire) and other relevant software.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on detail-oriented work and continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead change and adapt to evolving environments.
- Salary: $22.41 an hour.
- Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, On-site / Hybrid (2 day on-site, 3 days remote)
- Working hours - 8am - 6pm EST
- Duration: 9 months of contract with possibility of extension.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Location: Markham, ON
