TalentWorld is recruiting several Bilingual IT Service Helpdesk (Night Shift) individuals for one of our clients, a leader in professional services in North America and a proud Global 500 company! The FULLY REMOTE Bilingual IT Service Helpdesk individual will provide customer care solutions according to SLAs and company quality standards. 

We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish & French) IT Service Helpdesk (Night Shift; 11pm to 7am EST).

Bilingual IT Service Helpdesk Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound customer calls and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Documenting, notifying, escalating, tracking, and following up on all incidents
  • Providing excellent customer service with a strong understanding of customer business needs
  • Adhering to incident management processes, client system policies, and service desk procedures
  • Actively seeking opportunities to improve knowledge and skills though coaching, feedback, and reviewing knowledge base content
  • Cross-training to support multiple clients, ensuring flexibility and adaptability across various systems
  • Supporting 20-30 contacts per day (400-500 monthly)
Bilingual IT Service Helpdesk Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service (Technical) experience required.
  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and French, English considered an asset
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
Employment Details
  • Wage: $27 an hour on T4
  • Duration: 12 months contract, potential of perm
  • Schedule: Night Shift; 11pm to 7am EST
  • Location: Montreal, Ottawa or Toronto
