As an Executive Assistant, you will ensure the executive can focus on strategic priorities while you manage essential administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and distribute various documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Travel Coordination: Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including accommodations and transportation services.
  • Personal and Business Assistance: Provide comprehensive support in both personal and professional capacities.

Executive Assistant Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong background in personal and business assistance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive demeanor.

Compensation: Up to $90k + comprehensive benefits.
Schedule: Full-time, onsite from 9 AM to 5 PM, requiring flexibility.
