Our client is hiring an Executive Assistant for their Toronto location!

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our client’s executive team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements.

  • Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Prepare, review, and distribute various documents and reports.

  • Assist with special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs smoothly.

  • Handling all travel arrangements/accommodations, hotels, reservations, car rental service etc

  • Coordinating all expenses

Executive Assistant Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.

  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.

  • Leadership and team management skills
