Executive Assistant
Our client is hiring an Executive Assistant for their Toronto location!
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our client’s executive team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements.

Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Prepare, review, and distribute various documents and reports.

Assist with special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences.
-
Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Handling all travel arrangements/accommodations, hotels, reservations, car rental service etc

Coordinating all expenses
Executive Assistant Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.

Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.

Leadership and team management skills
