• Manage daily sales activities and develop strategies to meet targets
• Oversee hotel performance in the group and leisure markets
• Cultivate new accounts while maintaining existing relationships
• Coordinate efforts to increase revenue and market share
• Handle business travel RFPs and individual/group requests
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to maximize brand exposure and partnerships

• High School Diploma (University degree in a related field preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales leadership
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and online/social media platforms
• Hospitality experience and familiarity with Opera PMS are required
• Ability to travel for workshops, trade shows, and brand meetings
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
