Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Investigate and address customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Accurately update customer accounts, rectify billing discrepancies, and process adjustments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and suggest additional products and services tailored to meet customer needs and enhance their experience.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
- Effectively manage calls, recognizing when to escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for timely resolution.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, sharing knowledge and feedback to drive continuous improvement in customer service delivery.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Wage: $18.22 an hour + $1,000 Bonus
- Duration: 6 months contract
- Schedule: Monday- Friday – between 7am – 11pm AST
- Training provided: 4 weeks.
