TalentWorld is recruiting an IT Operations Analyst in London, Ontario for one of our clients.
IT Operations Analyst Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to a variety of inbound calls and emails, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Document all issues accurately and in detail using our ticketing system.
- Ensure timely escalation of complex issues to relevant support groups and maintain follow-up communication.
- Identify and report wide-impact or potential outages, facilitating quick resolution.
- Analyze trends in support requests to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop proficiency in additional skills and applications to enhance support capabilities.
- Minimum 2 years of exceptional customer service experience and Incident tracking tool/ Ticketing tools.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with peers and work independently when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications, including Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
- Technical support experience or relevant education with strong troubleshooting skills.
- General knowledge of PC hardware and components.
- Experience with ticketing systems and technical degree and/or IT certification would be an asset.
- Salary: $21-$22 an hour
- Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly – (On-site)
- Duration: 2-year contract
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotational shift
- Location: London, ON
