TalentWorld is recruiting a Social Media Strategy Lead in Vancouver, British Columbia for one of our clients.
 
Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the social media content calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (text, images, videos) using various tools, including AI.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with brand objectives.
  • Manage online community interactions and respond to comments professionally.
  • Foster engagement through discussions, polls, contests, and Q&A sessions.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports with insights.
  • Build relationships with social media influencers in the boating and sustainability sectors.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media.
  • Assist with photo and video projects to enhance content.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years in social media management and content creation in a corporate environment.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing or social media (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proficient in CMS and social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and design software (e.g., Canva).
  • Knowledge of email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and teamwork.
  • Interest in boating and sustainability is a plus.

Employment Details
  • Salary: $50,000+ per year
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including RRSP contributions
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Other: Permanent, full-time, onsite
