In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead efforts to identify, negotiate, and secure business from the SMERF market. With the perfect blend of autonomy and support from the Director of Sales and the General Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the hotel's continued success.

• Competitive salary, $60,000 - $65,000 plus commission structure

• Lead daily activities for self and plan, organize, and develop strategies and goals
• Oversee hotel performance in group and leisure segments
• Capture new accounts and maintain existing one
• Coordinate activities to maintain and increase revenue and market share
• Handle business travel RFPs and requests for individuals or groups
• Align with company Sales & Marketing teams to maximize brand benefits and relationships

• High School Diploma (University degree in related field preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in a Hotel Sales leadership position
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strict deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required, along with savvy online & social media skills.
• Must Have: Specific background within the Hospitality Industry and proficiency with Opera PMS
• Ability to travel for workshops, trade shows, brand meetings, etc.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
