Bilingual Regional Control Center (RCC) Operator Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily data and produce reports on variances for local review, taking necessary actions and corrections to resolve any inconsistencies.
- Provide real-time operational support and report critical issues to management.
- Operate as the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) during emergencies.
- Assist in workforce deployment and maintain accurate communication with front-line staff.
- Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Oversee CCTV operations, ensuring compliance and security
Bilingual Regional Control Center (RCC) Operator Qualifications:
- Secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in the data analytics.
- Fluency in both English and French languages.
- Ability to work any and all shifts withing a 24/7 environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster teamwork.
- Strong ability to follow directions, with attention to detail.
