We are looking for a Permanent Placement Recruiter that is driven by curiosity, interested in doing things differently and wants to make an impact on the staffing & recruitment industry.

Permanent Placement Recruiter Responsibilities 

• Manage, coordinate, and support the complete 360-degree end-to-end recruitment process
• Responsible for new business development, identifying opportunities, and lead generation
• Build and execute effective sourcing, assessment, interview, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations

Permanent Placement Recruiter Qualifications 

• 5+ recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously 
• Proven experience recruiting for permanent roles in accounting/finance
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews regardless of platform
