Bilingual Recruiter responsibilities: 

• Source top talent online using LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and make job offers to qualified candidates. 
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and requirements. 
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers 

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).  
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 
• Great initiative and creative “big picture” thinking
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment
