Calender Operator Responsibilities
- Operate calendering and milling machines to meet production goals.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor and adjust processes to ensure product quality.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and address issues promptly.
- Keep accurate production records and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Must accurately read, write, and complete production reports.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Prior experience in calendering or milling operations is essential.
- Preference given to those with formal training or certification in these processes.
- Excellent pay rates $28-$33
