Stamping Press Millwright Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair stamping presses, coil feed lines, and transfer systems with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct PM inspections as required to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Utilize fabrication skills to create guards and chutes as needed, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with production team on continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging your expertise to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff, sharing insights and best practices to promote skill development and operational excellence.
- Millwright licence 433A, with completed apprenticeship
- Experienced in a metal stamping manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of its processes and demands.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of presses, feedlines, transfer systems, and conveyors, enabling effective operation and maintenance.
- Comfortable with working at heights, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Proficient in comprehending and troubleshooting mechanical equipment, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to various work settings and priorities.
- Demonstrates good coordination and manual dexterity, executing tasks with precision and accuracy.
