TalentWorld is recruiting Bilingual Operations Officer I in Saint John, New Brunswick for one of its clients.
Bilingual Operations Officer I Key Responsibilities:
- Execute transactions with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring (SLA’s) adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
- Refer or escalate operational issues promptly, leveraging a deep understanding of the problem to connect with the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, contributing to operational excellence.
- Provide support to internal partners by validating information and performing necessary adjustments within authorized limits.
- Engage with partners effectively, responding to inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to operations activities for own area (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, Business Continuity Management)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations management, administration, or related fields.
- Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal)
- Previous client-facing experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks preferred.
- Salary: $25 an hour
- Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days remote)
- Duration: 6 months contract with possibility of extension
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
- Location: Saint John, New Brunswick
