TalentWorld is recruiting a Financial Reporting Analyst in Toronto, Ontario for one of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce comprehensive financial and production reports.
  • Create ad hoc analyses using various datasets.
  • Conduct financial planning and analysis for specific T&I components.
  • Generate and distribute financial forecasts and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop tables and charts to present data in a visually engaging format.
  • Implement automation of reports and analyses where suitable.
  • Establish and promote effective reporting and analytical standards and procedures.
  • Participate in the month-end financial close process, including journal entry preparation.
  • Assist in monthly financial forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data, requirements, and standards.
  • Manipulate, organize, and analyze datasets on an ad hoc basis.
  • Contribute technical expertise in developing and automating reports to support T&I Finance.
  • Support internal initiatives to standardize tools and processes.
  • Perform additional tasks, assignments, and projects as required by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, business analysis, or financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in SAP, SAP BW, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
Employment Details
  • Salary: $30.00HR - $40.00HR
  • Benefits: 36 Hours weekly, Contract, Full-time, Hybrid
  • Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday
  • Other: 22 months contract, Career growth and Priceless experience.
