Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in an advanced media technology company? Our client is seeking a talented Bilingual Senior Manager for Consolidation & Internal Reporting in Toronto. This is a fantastic 22-month contract opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement.

As the Bilingual Senior Manager, you’ll join the Budgeting and Internal Reporting Finance team, where your expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis and data analytics will shine. You’ll be a key player in developing value-added reporting processes and control improvements while easily juggling multiple projects.

Bilingual Senior Manager, Consolidation & Internal Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Create and Present Reports: Develop consolidated financial reports, budgetary planning, and forecasts. Present to Senior Executives and the Board of Directors.
  • Financial Modeling: Build financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and manage the Corporation’s financial resources.
  • Track and Report KPIs: Create financial metrics reports to support annual target setting and track progress for stakeholders.
  • Support Key Documents: Maintain financial documents for government relations, the President’s office, regulatory reporting, and ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Coordinate Financial Info: Manage the vetting process for Finance responses to Access to Information requests.
  • Optimize Processes: Implement efficient archiving processes within the Budgeting and Internal Reporting Finance team.
  • Lead and Coach: Supervise and coach Senior Financial Analysts to meet team and organizational goals.

Bilingual Senior Manager, Consolidation & Internal Reporting Qualifications:

  • Must have your CPA (CA, CMA, CGA) or US CPA.
  • Experience: 5+ years in large financial management, especially in broadcasting or related industries.
  • Leadership: 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Education: University degree in Business, preferably Business Administration or Commerce.
  • 5+ years in financial planning & analysis, consolidation reporting, and/or data analytics.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and French.
  • Tech Savvy: Superior skills in Excel, proficiency in MS Office, Adobe software, Google Suite, SAP/BW, Cognos TM1, and other ERPs.

What's In It For You?

  • Contract: 22 months with potential to go permanent 
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday.
  • Work Model: Hybrid - 2 days remote, 3 days in office.
  • Location: Toronto
  • Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 based on experience, plus 12.5% if you opt into the benefits plan.
